Basements – finished/remodeled
Consolidated Contracting's signature accents such as the opening of stairway wall(s)/entryway(s), fully insulated walls, tray ceilings, removal/replacement of load-bearing walls with wood and/or steel beams, and enhanced lighting make the most comfortable, open, and efficient use of space.

Bathrooms – redesigned and remodeled
We specialize in bathroom design and installation. We offer custom accents, privacy knee-walls, and accentuating lighting. Bathrooms are brought up to and beyond current standards and designs.

Cabinets – installations & custom-built
We install a wide selection of cabinets and feature products/designs.

Closets – storage systems created
Closets are incorporated into the total room design. We can customize any space to make room for a closet, and we always include wire shelving in standard closet space. Some areas necessitate the use of wooden shelves or specialized closet organization systems. We will gladly build or install such customizations.

Countertops – new, refinished, butcher-block tops
We install a wide selection of countertops in kitchens, baths, bars, and built-in desk/office areas. Custom countertops include Corian, granite, custom laminates, and special requests.

Flooring – all types of installed flooring are designed to complement the space it fills. Flooring can include:

Wood Floors – Wood flooring is available in a number of sizes and make-ups, each offering its own distinct advantages. People are often surprised by the limitless choices that wood flooring affords them. Today's wood flooring is right for virtually every room.

Ceramic Tile – Ceramic tile comes in a wide variety of patterns and shapes. From rectangular to hexagonal with separate corner inserts, you can create any look that you desire.

Carpet – Roughly 97 percent of all carpet is produced using synthetic fibers, which are designed to feature style, easy maintenance, and outstanding value.

Laminate Floors – Laminate flooring is available in a wide array of styles, colors, and patterns. Originally, laminate flooring only simulated the look of hardwood but is now available in marble and slate patterns as well. Because of the printed layer, it is easy to achieve realistic-looking floors that you otherwise couldn’t find or afford.

Vinyl Floors – Vinyl flooring has long been the most popular choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and foyers. With today’s technology, vinyl flooring can be more durable than ever. By choosing a better quality vinyl, your chances will increase of finding a floor with scuff-mark resistance and a warranty that will cover furniture indentations.

Kitchens – redesigned and remodeled
Consolidated Contracting’s signature kitchens have added space, light, storage, and functionality. We welcome customizations and look forward to bringing your ideas to fruition.

Room Additions – small to large scale
We strive to always bring older homes in need of renovation and expansion up to and beyond current standards and modern designs. Maximum efficiency of light and warmth and a feeling of comfort and total flow of design is essential.

Shelving – all types installed and assembled
Consolidated Contracting can create shelving to accommodate any space. All closets come with standard wire rack shelving units that can be customized to meet all display or storage needs.

Tile – Ceramic tile comes in a range of sizes: from 1" x 1" mosaics up to 1' x 1' (or larger) squares. Ceramic tile is clay that's been hardened by fire. During that process, it can be left unglazed for a porous, natural finish. Or, tile is glazed for a sealed, durable surface. In most cases, glazed tiles are the best flooring tiles because they're wear-resistant and clean up easily. Porcelain tiles are a bit more expensive because their color and pattern go all the way through the tile.

• Decks – patios, porches, railings, stairs, etc.

• Storage Buildings – built on/off-site

• Plumbing – installation, repairs, leaks

• Drywall – installation, finished, repairs
